Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Products must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, wetsuits (both adult and children’s) and changing robes can only be returned if the original hygiene liner is intact and unused.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging
- Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)
- You should see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened personal care products
- Used water sports equipment (SUPs, bodyboards, etc.) with signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
