Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to water lovers worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Our warehouse is located in Norwich, UK, but we serve customers across continents.

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping – The Express Wave (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch (1-2 days processing)
- Free Shipping – The Relaxed Tide (Orders over £50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch (1-2 days processing)
